PEB & Industrial Shed Fabrication

Pre-engineered buildings are the fastest way to put a covered, column-free floor under your operation. We fabricate the tapered columns, rafters, purlins and bracing at our Thirupachur factory, then erect and sheet on site with our own crew — so the frame that arrives fits the foundation bolts that were set for it.

  • Tapered and hot-rolled portal frames for clear-span workshops and warehouses
  • Z & C purlins, sag rods, eave struts and full roof bracing
  • Colour-coated profile sheeting, insulated roofing and translucent skylight panels
  • Rain gutters, downtakes, ridge vents, turbo ventilators and louvered gable ends
  • EOT crane gantry beams and support brackets built into the frame
  • Mezzanine floors, roller shutter openings and site cabins fitted in the same package

For a standard clear-span shed, design and approval drawings take about a week, shop fabrication runs alongside your foundation work, and erection plus sheeting is typically the shortest phase. The honest answer depends on span, tonnage and site access — we give a dated programme with the quotation and hold ourselves to it.

We set out and supply the anchor bolt template and foundation bolt details so your civil contractor can cast to it. If you would rather one agency carried the whole package, we can coordinate the civil scope for you.

Yes. A good share of our industrial work is extension and re-roofing on plants that cannot stop production. We phase the erection, work around shift timings and keep the operating bays covered throughout.
